Please allow 3-10 business days for your item to ship. All pieces are made to order! If you have an occasion or a rush for your purchase, please contact us at the time of purchase to ensure we get your piece finished in time! 

International shipping rates apply for all non-USA orders.

All sales are final but are protected against defects and sizing. If you find that the jewelry you have purchased has a defect or does not fit properly, we will either replace the item or fix it for you free of charge. If you break your piece or it deteriorates from wear and tear, simply contact us and we will refurbish it for a $20 fee in most cases. (Includes cleaning, cord breakage and other minor repairs).
